We accept payment with all credit and debit cards and Apple Pay via Stripe. Paypal and now LayBuy. At this stage we show all items in AUD
We offer $8.00 flat rate shipping Australia wide.
Domestic Australia Wide Fast Shipping - $14.95
International Flat Rate Shipping - $20.00
International express shipping is available at a flat rate cost of $37.00
Once your item has been despatched we will email you with a tracking number to enable you to view it's delivery progress.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We suggest leaving your work address or an address where you know someone will be at home during the day. All items require a signature on delivery.
The purchaser is liable for all customs charges relevant to their country. Please ensure you are familiar with this information before purchasing.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you need to return...
Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within14 days of purchase for both Australian and International customers except for Custom Orders. There are no refunds or exchanges for Custom Orders.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs and relevant shipping costs are non-refundable.
There are also no refunds on sale items.
Items can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value and only eligible if returned within the nominated return period and unworn, unused and with swing tags attached. We ask that you use a trackable shipping service with insurance to cover lost items. We take no responsibility for lost or unreceived items. Refunds will not apply in this instance.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send an email confirming that we have received the item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment excluding shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds: A receipt of refund will be forwarded to you. Please be patient if funds do not clear immediately. If funds do not clear within 5-7 business days, we suggest that you contact your bank or credit card company. If you have allowed for 7 days processing time and your bank cannot provide an update, please email us.
